Policy
Notes: Program registrations, cancellations, refunds and exams:
- At time of registration, you will need to pay a deposit equal to 50 percent of the course fee.
- You must be registered and your course fee paid in full two weeks prior to class start date.
- Unless otherwise stated, full refunds will be provided if A Nail Above the Rest! cancels a course.
- If you must withdraw from a course within two weeks of its start date, you will receive a refund less a $500 cancellation fee. Registrations cancelled within two days of a course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation penalties will apply for all workshops. $150 non-refundable deposit included
in registration fees. If minimum enrolment not met, class may be rescheduled. - Length of classes may vary depending on the number of students and models participating.
- If you fail to show up for a scheduled exam, there will be a $150 fee to reschedule.

Important notices for all classes:
Professionalism is an important part of the salon and will be part of your grade; dialogue with your model is also evaluated so please treat them as you would a client. Arrive on time in professional attire, (lab coat recommended) with cell phones turned off or on vibrate and with your manual, a pen and highlighter. Please read the corresponding model criteria
for your class and ensure they are met prior to your start date.
Our passing grade is 75% on the written and the practical so please take the
